Team Roster Form

WideWorld Sports has implemented an online system to manage team rosters. All rosters are required to be completed online. The roster must be signed and turned in TO THE REFEREE by your first team game, you will not have to worry about rosters after that. You will be able to manage your roster from a secure roster control panel. You can edit, print and roll your roster to a new season.

A couple of helpful hints are listed below:

• Please be sure to use an updated web browser (Internet Explorer 5.5+, Firefox, AOL)
• Please be patient after submitting your roster. Depending on your interent connection, it may take up to a minute to process to WideWorld Sports.
• All Rosters must have at least 10 players.
• You will receive a password to login via email immediately after submission of the Team Roster Form that must be signed and returned into WideWorld Sports by the appropriate date. If you have players under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign for that player.
