Individual Registration Procedures

Occasionally, WWSC is able to create a "house" team of individual applicants.

This happens when:

  1. an open space for a team is available in a suitable league or division and
  2. a sufficient number of individual registrants to form a team (about 12-15) have registered.

Because it is impossible for us to predict whether or not these circumstances will be present, WWSC cannot offer any guarantees as to whether or not you will be placed on a team.

To seek placement on such a team:

  • Fill out the Individual Soccer Registration Form as early as possible. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come first served basis.
  • When schedules are posted, visit WWSC to pick up your schedule or call (734) 913-GOAL to see if we were able to place you on a team.
  • If you were placed, come to WWSC as soon as possible and pay the registration fee of $95. At this time, you will be provided with a team shirt and schedule.

Team Registration Procedures:

  1. Complete the Team Registration Form. Please answer the questions fully, to help you into the most suitable league.
  2. Bring us:
    • your completed Team Registration Form and Team Roster Form (Word or PDF).
    • your $250 Deposit.
      • Bring these to WWSC as early as possible, in order to secure a place for your team in the upcoming season. The deposit is non-refundable and is credited toward your Registration Fee.
      • Registrations and deposits may be mailed, but we recommend you register in person and receive a receipt.
      • At this point you will be given a Team Member's Packet which contains materials to help you prepare for the season. You can get started using the Pre-Season Checklist included.
  3. Collect funds from your team's players.
    • If collecting checks from players to cover their portion of the registration fee, make sure that they write them to you, not to WWSC.
    • Only a single check to WWSC will be accepted as final payment. Multiple checks from individual players cannot be accepted.
  4. Deliver the balance of your Registration Fee by the season registration deadline.
    • This must be delivered in person to the WWSC office.

    • Payment by check must be made in the form of a single check only.
  5. Pick up your team's schedule.
    • See the Calendar for dates and times of availability.
    • Schedules cannot be released until payment in full has been received.
    • Schedules cannot be provided over the phone, e-mail, or fax.
