Little Bear - 2 to 3 Year Olds Cost: $85/player per session (six clinics per session) All Sessions Six Weeks
This is a PARENT and CHILD program that will introduce the soccer ball in a fun way. Players will learn to love soccer just kicking the ball around with parents and coaches.
Pints - 4 to 6 Year Olds Cost: $95/player per session (six clinics per session) Instructor: Coach Marcelo
This is a program that will concentrate on the basic skills of soccer—passing, dribbling, receiving and shooting. Players will learn the proper technique to use it on the game situation, and they will learn the game positions on the field. Each session will end with a scrimmage game.

This is a class designed for beginners with more tactical and technical drills. The class will cover the basics of soccer shooting, dribbling, passing and receiving with a lot of repetitions. This program is designed to accelerate the players skills making them more comfortable on their game.

This clinic concentrates on the basic skills of soccer to built a confidence technique of dribbling, passing and receiving, shooting and shielding. This program is designed for the beginning to intermediate player. Each session will end in a scrimmage game.
The Kid’s Fitness Sampler (Ages 7 – 10) This class allows kids to experience a variety of fun, exciting ‘fitness adventures’. Each class will cover a different topic (with guest expert instructors for those with an asterisk). The goal is to introduce kids to a variety of athletics, each offering strength and cardio training, while having fun in the process. Topics include: *Martial Arts, *Hip Hop Dance (Michelle Millard), *Soccer (Coach Pedro), Obstacle Courses, Fitness Treasure Hunt, Fitness training Instructor: Annie Rubin
Wide World Strength and Conditioning Come prepared to sweat. The goal of this class is toning and conditioning – it combines motivating music, plenty of squats, lunges, abs and arms work. We will also do some balance and agility work. A great total body workout! Instructor: Annie Rubin.
Wide World Strength and Conditioning This is a fun class open to all parents. The focus of the class is working all parts of the body with exercises like speed agility, abdominal, team handball, volleyball, soccer and even some fun push ups and more. Instructor: Coach Marcelo / Coach Pedro.
Beginner Boot Camp This class offers options for lower intensity than regular boot camp, but don’t think that means you won’t sweat. The goal of this class is to increase muscle tone, and develop a solid base of cardio fitness. There will be attention to proper form, strength and cardio training, and having fun. You will leave each class with exercises that you can do at home. Instructor: Annie Rubin
Hip Hop Dance for Kids (Ages 7-12) Come prepared to boogie! Learn the basics of hip hop dance (all songs have ‘clean’ lyrics). You will receive a CD of the music used in class so that you can take it home and show off your moves to your friends and family! Instructor: Michelle Millard
Introduction To Basic Self-Defense Techniques (Ages 12 and up, ages 8-11 may attend with a parent) This special approach to martial arts provides an overview and introduction to the basics of practical self-defense, utilizing techniques from Juko-Kai Nihon Ryu- a division of Budo/Bujutsu that offers modern applications of ancient martial arts principles and self-defense techniques. Class is suitable for ages 12 and up (ages 8-11 may attend with a parent/adult).
You will learn how to take self-protection measures including how to: take an effective self-defense stance, make a proper fist, protect the head, fall more safely, block strikes, escape from grabs, perform combat kicking and punching techniques, and how to duck and evade fist and foot attacks.
Yoga Come and experience the many benefits of yoga! This yoga class uses the Iyengar method. Improving strength, balance, core, and flexibility are the goals of the class. Instructor: SAND Conditioning. Cost: $65 Per participant per class Time: TBD
