Note to All Team Managers:
Team Managers must make sure that every player on their team signs into WideWorld’s new online membership system, as this is the only way to add players to a team roster. Once a player has created and paid for a membership, they will be able to add their name through their personal member account to any registered team.
• There is no need to rollover rosters season to season, as it will be each individual’s responsibility to add their name to their respective team roster each season. For those that need assistance, the front office will be able to look up players passwords and user information.
Adult Teams can roster up to 30 Players
Adult teams are now allowed up to 30 registered players; However, only 18 may play in any one game and appear on a roster. Once you login to manage your team's roster, you will have the ability to mark players that should "Appear on Roster". Basically, your team may have a pool of 30 players, but only 18 players may appear on a roster or play in any one game. You may edit which 18 players should appear on your roster for a particular game up to 5 minutes prior to your game time.
Youth Teams can roster up to 18 Players

All individuals, youth and adult, are required to register with each respective team that they play on at WideWorld. Once you register with a team, your online signature will be valid for one year from the point that the WideWorld Membership Fee is paid. Once you sign in online, there is no need to sign a paper roster each session.
General helpful hints for using the Roster System are listed below:
- Please be sure to use an updated web browser with javacript running (Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+ or Safari) - Note: The WWS roster system may not work well in the Google Chrome browser due to that browser's inability to handle javacript code. If you typically use Google Chrome as your browser and have trouble or get error messages, you may want to try using one of the above mentioned browsers.
- Please be patient after submitting your roster forms. Depending on your internett connection, it may take up to a minute to process to WideWorld Sports.
